S.04 · About
We build from the ground up. Since 2015.
Constructora Elite y Movimientos de Tierras was incorporated in Zapopan, Jalisco, on December 21, 2015 with a simple idea: that the same team could move the earth and hand over the building.

History and purpose
Our purpose
That every client has one accountable party from the first cut to handover, with processes that withstand a public audit and a project that arrives on time.
Our legal name says it: construction and earthworks. We start where others don't go, at raw land, deep excavation and the utilities under the street, and we finish by handing over the keys. Today we have delivered +47 projects, among them industrial complexes of up to 40,023 m², subdivision development, SIAPA hydraulic infrastructure for towers and hospitals, and more than ten public-works contracts with SIOP, SIAPA, INFEJAL and the municipalities of Guadalajara and Zapopan.
Natura Tec, an Italian company, entrusted us with two consecutive industrial complexes. Dulces de la Rosa, Oleofinos, Kervo and Kiva Proyectos have come back to us for several projects. That trust is earned the same way in a production building as in a night-time trench in Providencia: with the resident engineer on site every day, the logbook up to date and our word kept.
